We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery and collection so the machine is in place and ready for action well before your party or event commences.

Slushie machines require up to 1.5-2hrs to freeze up so please let us know when your function starts so we can ensure the machine is in place with plenty of time to spare.

Dont worry, if you think you will have a sore head the next morning from partying and pinballing all night, we can arrange a later time for collection the following day.

That is totally up to you.

If you are hiring the machine for a private event, we can set it up so it is free to play.

If you would like to place a machine in your workplace or commercial environment and you want to charge people to use the machine we can set it up so you have to “pay to play”.

The choice is yours depending on your requirements.

Yes, the machines have multiple settings that can be changed including the cost per game and how many balls per game.

We set our machines at $2 per game and 5 balls per game but these settings can be changed to whatever you like.

You can of course set the machines to “freeplay” where you do not need to pay anything to play.

Our pinball machines are approx. 140cms long x 72cms wide x 195cms tall.

Please ensure you have adequate space to place the machine and easy access for delivery.

Unfortunately due to the weight of the machines (both pinball and slushie) we are unable to deliver up stairs.

We can handle a step or two but anything more than this is not possible.

You can put our machines in your backyard if you are hiring for 1 night. If you would like to hire for longer than 1 night the machine needs to be placed indoors.

If the pinball is to be located outdoors it must be on a solid flat surface and must be under a patio or something similar where it is protected from the weather. Outdoor use also depends on the weather forecast so please have a backup location indoors in case of bad weather.

We only keep the most popular flavours in stock but we can get extra flavours on request.

Each bowl has a 10L capacity. Our twin bowl machines cater for 40 – 60 people. We also sell refills if you are extra thirsty! Refills can be refunded if not used.

You can put no alcohol in the mixture if you would like to enjoy the slushies as mocktails, alternatively you can add up to 1.4L of spirits depending on the alcohol strength that you prefer.
